At Robert Vine Landscape Art, each artwork is carefully produced to the highest standard. This policy operates in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Lifetime Guarantee – Defective Workmanship
We proudly offer a lifetime guarantee against defective workmanship on all products.
If your artwork is found to have a fault due to defective workmanship at any time after purchase, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the product

Provide a refund
This guarantee applies only to faults arising from the production process.
It does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Accidental damage

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by incorrect installation or display
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
This includes:

Incorrect selection

Change in personal preference

No longer wanting the product

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:

A description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
We will assess the issue and provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns Process
If a return is approved:

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
