At Robert Vine Landscape Art, every print is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. Order Processing

All prints are made and prepared to order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 14-21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During busy periods, exhibitions, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using reputable courier and postal services.

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Express shipping (if offered at checkout): Faster delivery times may be available and will be shown at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. International Shipping

We also ship to selected international destinations.

  • International delivery times vary by country and typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Shipping costs and available options will be shown at checkout.

4. Packaging

All prints are professionally packaged to protect them in transit:

  • Small and medium prints are shipped in rigid, protective packaging.

  • Large prints may be shipped in heavy-duty tubes or flat packaging, depending on the product.

  • Every effort is made to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

5. Tracking

  • Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is lost in transit

  • Has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
