"Skimming the Balloon's basket across the water has become a tradition of the Canberra balloon spectacular. Many of the Balloons do this with some even trailing a line so that the boats can grab on and get a tow! I hope they know when to let go! I guess the passengers of the balloons must get very cold, wet feet from this experience."
