Carillon Dawn | Limited Edition Framed Print by Robert Vine
As the first light of day spreads across Canberra, the iconic National Carillon rises from the shores of Lake Burley Griffin beneath a sky ablaze with soft gold, coral and rose. In this fleeting moment, the city is still waking while the colours of dawn perform their quiet spectacle overhead.
Carillon Dawn captures the elegance and tranquillity of one of Canberra's most recognisable landmarks. The illuminated tower stands against a dramatic sunrise, its silhouette framed by sweeping clouds reflected in the calm waters of the lake. Small boats scattered across the scene hint at the city's early morning rhythms, adding a sense of scale and life to the landscape.
Printed using archival pigment inks on premium cotton rag paper and presented in a handcrafted frame, this limited edition artwork celebrates the beauty of Australia's capital city and the peaceful moments that exist before the day begins.
Perfect for collectors of Australian landscape photography, Canberra locals, and those seeking a statement artwork that brings warmth, colour and sophistication to a home or office space.

Rob's Thoughts
"I came down to Commonwealth Avenue bridge very early to get the best position before other photographers showed up. I sat down at my chosen location and as I waited the most brilliant sunrise spread across the horizon. Not willing to give up my prime spot I just pivoted my camera to the Carillon and waiting rowers and still made the perfect photograph."
