"I went out to Dairy Farmer's Hill to photograph the frost over the city and finally got a shot that I had been trying to make for many years. I was ready to head back to the warmth of the car when I saw this hot air balloon rising up from the Arboretum! I couldn't believe my luck as the balloon gracefully ascended through the mist and into the morning light over Canberra."
