Rosefire Horizon – Royalla Sunset | Limited Edition Framed Art Print

A fleeting moment of extraordinary colour unfolds across the skies of Royalla, just south of Canberra. In Rosefire Horizon, sweeping bands of crimson, rose and peach light drift across the evening sky, creating a dramatic contrast against the dark silhouettes of the surrounding hills and scattered trees.

Captured by Australian landscape artist Robert Vine, this image celebrates the beauty that can emerge in the final moments of the day. The vast sky dominates the composition, drawing the eye through layers of luminous colour that seem to glow from within. Beneath the spectacle, the quiet rural landscape rests in shadow, providing a sense of stillness and scale.

Printed using archival pigment inks on museum-quality cotton rag paper and presented in a handcrafted frame, this limited edition artwork is designed to bring warmth, colour and atmosphere to contemporary homes, offices and gallery spaces.

Each framed print is individually signed and numbered by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Rob's Thoughts

"At times I just wanted to collapse into a heap and cry. We had committed to building a house right when I was going through yet another round of health troubles. It was looking like my career in the Air Force would be ending and we didn't know how we were going to afford the house. Building required so many decisions, almost every day a new problem required a decision. We didn't know when we would be moving in and lockdowns loomed over the build. But views like these from our land made it all worth it, a sense of accomplishment and a calm place to call our own."
